refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return or exchange any item, we allow it within 14 days of receiving your order; however, the product must be in the same condition as received. To make an exchange or refund request, please email us on elle.clothing.eg@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange or return, and the new item/size you would like instead.

*Please note that there is an exchange/return fee to be paid to cover shipping costs, depending on your location.
